Beginner Pickleball Clinics

Never played? Perfect. Most of the people at our beginner clinics have never picked up a paddle before their first session.

A beginner pickleball clinic with us starts with the things nobody explains well online: the rules that actually matter, how to serve so it goes in, the difference between a dink and a drive, and why the kitchen line decides most points. Then you play. You will hit real shots and play real points on day one, not stand in a line waiting for a turn.

Beginner clinics run as a four to six week series so the group learns together and you are not the only new person in the room. Most players move into an intermediate clinic after one or two series. Sessions are grouped by level, so you are always playing with people who are close to your speed.

What to bring: sneakers and comfortable clothes. That is it. We provide the paddles and the balls, and you do not need a partner. Clinics rotate partners so you play with everyone in the group.

Common Questions About Our Pickleball Clinics

Do I need my own paddle?

No. We provide paddles and balls at every clinic. Bring sneakers and comfortable clothes and we handle the rest.

I have never played. Is a beginner clinic really for me?

Yes. Most people in our beginner clinics have never picked up a paddle. We start with the rules, the serve and the basic shots, and you play real points on day one.

How much do pickleball clinics cost?

Most adult clinic series run four to six weeks and are priced per session. Every program page lists the exact dates, times, level and price before you register, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Do I need to bring a partner?

No. Come on your own. Clinics rotate partners so you play with everyone in the group, which is how most of our regulars met each other.

What ages are the junior clinics for?

Junior clinics are for ages 7 to 14 and are grouped by level. For ages 1.5 to 8 we run Ready Set Rackets, which introduces tennis, pickleball and padel.

What happens if it rains?

We schedule make-up sessions for any clinic cancelled for weather, and we email everyone on the roster as soon as the call is made.
